Quickstart Guide: Brand Partner FAQs

Have questions? Start here! This FAQ page covers the basics of being a PaperPie Brand Partner — from how to place orders and access your Back Office to understanding rewards, parties, and support. Whether you're brand new or just need a refresher, this resource is here to guide you with clarity and ease.

 A: Brand Partners have NO sales requirements.
Your account came with an eCommerce website and an internal ordering system (OrderPro) that will remain activated for 6 months no matter how much you buy/sell. After that, you will have the option to keep those eBusiness tools activated for $8/month; you can renew this for only the months you need it. 

 A: No, an inventory of products is never required. 
Orders placed through your eComm website ship direct from the PaperPie warehouse in Tulsa to the customer. After your 8-week StoryStart, you may be eligible to consign (borrow) inventory if it's needed for a book fair or booth. Many brand partners build successful businesses without ever owning or consigning inventory. 




 A: Use of social media is optional.
There are many ways to share our products, including direct-to-consumer via clickable showcases & bookshop events, preschool book fairs, community events, fundraisers, charitable book drives, and more. Our team training and resources are all stored off of social media, so anyone can access them easily. 

A: Yes, however...
We recommend saving time by using the wealth of professional images created & shared by both Home Office and our team, linked below. When making graphics, Brand Partners must follow the official PaperPie Brand Guide. Team Thrive Drive.

 A: Yes, if you adhere to PaperPie booth policies.
Booth/Vendor events are a great way to both share our Literacy & Learning PaperPie Mission and to expand your network. Be sure to reference the PaperPie Booth Policies and talk to your Team Leader if you are still unsure about an event. 

A: Yes, after you are certified as an Educational Services Representative (ESR) through our PaperPie Learning division.
Only certified ESRs can contact and service K+ schools with our PaperPie special programs. Consult the PaperPie Learning Guide for more information about our ESR policies and programs.
